Supported entities and items such as torches or lanterns emit light.

Tschipcraft’s Dynamic Lights adds server-side dynamic lighting to Minecraft, so players, mobs, and item displays can cast light from supported items without requiring players to install anything on their own clients. Enchanted items and amethyst-trimmed armor glow at level 6, while Fire Aspect gear and qualifying Riptide or Channeling tridents glow at level 9; some items change their lighting behavior in water or rain. Mobs, falling blocks, and display entities can also emit light when carrying supported items, and burning entities emit light at level 15. Settings let users control water sensitivity, sound cues for lighting changes, and whether rain counts as water; item and entity light levels can also be edited for custom content. The datapack uses vanilla light blocks, so lighting is constrained to the block grid rather than blending smoothly between positions.
Written from CurseForge and the GitHub README . How we write it
Runs 247 function files: 1 when the pack loads. Its commands can place or replace blocks, remove entities, items or data and change game or server settings.
Does not change world generation.
Adds 3 advancements, 70 tags and 202 predicates.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's recipes, loot tables and other game data.
No harmful code found
We checked what is inside its files, without opening them in the game.
Why we show this: a data pack cannot run programs, but its file can hide one. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade.
Sends nothing
A data pack has no code that can connect to the internet, so it cannot send anything about you.
No sign so far that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its description, files, images and code history and found none.
We have not read its changelogs yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
