Revitalizes biomes, and adds in 80 new animals.

Aardvark's Weird Wonderful Wild enriches Minecraft’s existing biomes with more than 80 animals and 16 plants and fungi, giving every biome at least one species found only there rather than adding new biomes. Its animals have distinct ecological behaviors: puffins bring cod to feed their hatchlings while parasitic jaegers may steal the fish, and cuttlefish change color near certain ores. Many creatures also have survival uses: moose, ibex, markhor, and okapi can be tamed and ridden; aardvarks can forage for materials; and coconut crabs may trade marine goods for gold nuggets. Other examples include square-dropping wombats that can make dens in the badlands, venomous cowfish that eat seaweed, and high-jumping ibex that can be ridden and take no fall damage. New natural features include savannah watering holes and termite mounds, as well as fallen trees in dark forests that shelter fungi and salamanders. The mod also adds arsenic, fossil stone, and a fossil regenerator that produces fossils for combining with animal goods to create six extinct creatures: Uintatherium, Europasaurus, Therizinosaurus, dodo birds, the Tully Monster, and mammoths. Its plants and blocks have practical uses too: mosquitoes can be placed in pollinator gardens to reproduce rare plants such as beans and saffron, while bug hotels attract different insects with flowers and fruit.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.15.2 to 1.16.5.
Does not change the game's code directly.
Adds 174 blocks, 325 items, 168 entities, 2 biomes, 241 recipes, 2 advancements, 1 loot table and 17 sounds.
Counted from the names and data files in the mod, so the list may not be complete.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.15.2 to 1.16.5.
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.15.2 to 1.16.5.
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign so far that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its description, files, images and sounds and found none.
We have not read its changelogs yet.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
