Adorable Hamster Pets adds tameable hamsters to Minecraft, with more than 3,000 wild variants and procedural breeding that can produce up to 2.2 million coat combinations. Hamster appearances reflect their habitats: orange-and-cream hamsters favor warm plains and deserts, white and blue ones inhabit snowy or icy regions, black ones appear in swamps and caves, and lavender ones are associated with magical biomes such as Cherry Groves and Mushroom Fields. Players can find cucumber and green bean bushes, harvest their produce, and use sliced cucumber to tame hamsters; Hamster Food Mix builds trust and unlocks six cheek-pouch inventory slots, while steamed green beans trigger energetic, temporary buffs. Hamsters have distinct personalities and animated behaviors, including sleeping and cleaning, and up to three can ride on a player’s shoulders and head, bouncing with movement while alerting their owner to nearby Creepers and diamonds. A shoulder-riding hamster can also be launched as a projectile, while a diamond-sniffing hamster can lead its owner to ore, though it may mistake gold for diamonds. Linking a hamster to a Hamster Bed lets it wander nearby instead of following its owner, and it can find its way back to the bed overnight if it gets stuck. Hamsters may steal dropped valuables, but diamond Acorn Armor changes their behavior so they fetch shiny items instead; Acorn Armor also has iron, gold, and netherite upgrades with different movement, speed, and impact effects. The mod also adds plantable food sources, craftable cheese and hamster accessories, an illustrated guidebook, and an advancement tree that introduces hamster care and its more unusual mechanics. Spawning, interactions, item choices, and several gameplay effects are configurable, and hamster mechanics are designed to work with modded biomes and compatible crop and farming mods.

No harmful code found
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends about you
We read its code without running it: it contacts 1 web address while you play.
Like any connection, each address it contacts sees your IP address.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
AI was used for its sound
Suno is named in the sound files in its files.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
