About
Advanced Generators adds configurable, free-form multiblock power systems that turn liquid fuels or steam into energy for connected machines. Its gas turbine generators are assembled from a controller and optional turbine, fuel-tank, capacitor, intake, output, sensor, and control modules; as many as 50 turbines can be fitted, with output depending on their material. Fuel options include syngas, buildcraft fuel, biofuel, liquefied coal, rocket fuel, fire water, hydrogen, ethylene, biogas, and fuels from integrations such as PneumaticCraft, Magneticraft, and Minechem. A Syngas Producer converts solid carbon sources into fluid fuel, and the Heat Exchanger transfers heat between substances; steam turbines can also accept externally supplied steam. Color-coded output modules let players configure energy, fluid, or item outputs by port, disable outputs, or control them with redstone; sensor and control modules provide further monitoring and control options. The mod supports RF and EU output and integrates with other mods for fuels, carbon sources, and generator materials.
