    About

    Ars Affinity is a passive progression addon for Ars Nouveau that tracks your affinity with each spell school as you cast spells. Affinity points unlock a school-specific perk tree, where you can choose always-on effects, utility perks, increased spell power, and resistance to spells from that school. Each school also offers a distinctive active ability, but you can equip only one at a time: examples include Fire Dash, Ice Blast, Ground Slam, Sanctuary, Curse Field, Swap, and Ghost Step. Progression slows as you invest more in a school and as your total affinity grows, encouraging specialization while leaving it possible to earn perks across all schools with patience. An in-game interface shows school progress and lets you allocate perks, while respec options let you reset affinity and redistribute points as your strategy changes.
