    Better Compatibility Checker helps modpacks avoid misleading server compatibility warnings by comparing the modpack identity and version configured by the pack author, rather than relying solely on the default check. When the configured pack details match, the compatibility display shows a tick; when they differ, it shows an X, making it easier to tell whether the client and server are running the same modpack version. If the required configuration data is missing, the mod falls back to the default compatibility implementation.
