About
Calculator adds a progression-based crafting and technology system built around Basic, Scientific, Atomic and Flawless Calculators, which unlock different parts of the mod. Handheld Calculators combine items and provide portable crafting, storage, energy charging, teleportation, and ways to manage health and hunger; the Atomic Calculator combines three ingredients but is a stationary, power-free tier. The crafting system branches into machines, food, growable fuels, crop-growth tools, unbreakable tools, grenades and energy infrastructure, with thousands of recipes integrated with NEI. A circuit-processing chain supports higher-tier crafting: extractors recover dirty or damaged circuits from blocks, chambers clean or repair them, and an Analysing Chamber extracts their energy and items and identifies stable circuits. Power options include hand-cranked generation, multi-block Redstone Flux generators that draw on world power, and lightning-powered Conductor Masts that can convert Fire Diamonds into Electric Diamonds. Flux Networks use Plugs, Points and Controllers to distribute RF or EU across bases and dimensions, with wireless inventory charging. Calculator Trees include Amethyst and Tanzanite varieties, while Pear and Diamond Trees can also be harvested automatically with Assimilators. Greenhouses can plant, grow and harvest crops in configurable multi-block layouts, with growth affected by carbon dioxide levels. Health and Hunger Processors turn monster drops and food into points that can be stored in modules and used to refill a player's hearts or hunger bar.
