    About

    Caves Plus expands underground exploration with new cave biomes, stone types, decorations, creatures, weapons, and dungeons. Its Marble Desert, also called the Bone Fields, features marble and themed stalagmites and stalactites, while the Purple Granite Forest uses purple granite and its own matching cave formations. Marble can be made into marble bricks, and purple granite into smooth purple granite. Scorpions are themed to the biomes and drop stingers used to craft poison-coated ranged weapons; Queen and Emperor scorpions provide distinct, stronger stingers. The mod also adds a powerful, expensive crystal wand and dangerous dungeons, including a Scorpion Queen's Lair, alongside decorated caverns such as a jungle cavern and mesa cave.
