Claim land to protect it and control what other players can do.

ClaimIt is a server-side Forge land-claiming mod that protects player-built areas while allowing other mods to integrate with its protection system, rather than relying on blanket item bans. Players create a claim by using the claiming item, shears by default, to mark two corners; the mod also supports subclaims for finer-grained protection. Owners can assign members permissions for building or breaking blocks, using items and interacting with blocks, interacting with or damaging entities, and PvP, while configurable per-claim toggles govern protections such as explosions, fire, mob spawning and griefing, item drops and pickups, and pressure plates. Member toggles can make selected abilities, such as modifying blocks, publicly available within a claim, and administrators can configure defaults or force toggle values across claims. Players and administrators can manage claims, subclaims, permissions, and claim-block allowances through commands, with additional tools for grouping claims and setting group names and tags. Server settings can also control claim-block allowances and accrual, the claim-creation item, and messages shown when players enter or leave claims. The mod provides extensive administration tools for bypassing protections, managing other players' claims and permissions, and changing claim-block limits; it also includes an in-game help command. A broad API supports integrations and additions, and ClaimIt can be used on a server without requiring players to install it.
Written from CurseForge and the GitHub README . How we write it
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.12 to 1.12.2.
Adds no new blocks, items or other content.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.12 to 1.12.2.
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.12 to 1.12.2.
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign so far that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files and images and found none.
We have not read its code history yet.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
