    Blood Magic is a dark fantasy magic mod in which players trade blood and health for Life Essence, using this volatile power to pursue increasingly potent arcane abilities. Its Blood Altar is the core of progression: sacrifice generates Life Essence, which the altar spends to transfigure items, while expanding the altar through tiers develops its capacity and unlocks further power. An Alchemy Table draws Life Essence from a bound Blood Orb to craft mod components and reagents, make Anointments, and process ores; ground-drawn Alchemy Arrays use a base item and catalyst to trigger effects such as crafting. At higher progression, players build LP-consuming rituals for varied tasks, assembling ritual stones around a Master Ritual Stone and activating them with a bound Activation Crystal. Demon Will opens another branch of the mod, providing materials for tools such as the Sentient Sword and explosive charges that can be anointed with Fortune, smelting, Silk Touch, or junk-voiding effects. The Edge of the Hidden Realm ritual also grants access to a dangerous demon realm of dungeons, traps, treasure, keys, and the Demonite-bearing Mines. A crafted Sanguine Scientum guidebook provides in-game documentation and a getting-started guide for learning the mod’s systems.
