Create Aeronautics: Gadgets & Gizmos is a Create Aeronautics addon that adds propulsion, control, movement, and utility components for building and operating physics contraptions. Its propulsion options include Thrusters, Mini Thrusters, Beam Thrusters, and RCS Thrusters, while bearings and mechanisms such as Servo Bearings, Vector Bearings, Aileron Bearings, Scissor Pistons, Smart Gearboxes, and Powered Ziplines provide ways to steer, reposition, or move parts of an assembly. Contraptions can be operated with joysticks and controllers, or programmed through the Advanced Contraption Controller, whose node-graph editor supports inputs, logic, data, and outputs. For ship control, a Ship Control Module maps an assembled airship to its attached Advanced Contraption Controller, where graphs can issue movement and navigation commands and use ship telemetry; Shipping Schedules and Ship Docks support automated stops and travel. The addon also provides practical tools and components such as a Physics Staff, Smart Goggles, Ship Docks, an Industrial Motor and Alternator, and Fuel Oxidizers; compatible thrusters can process items in their exhaust when fitted with upgrades. CC:Tweaked integration exposes major devices as computer peripherals and provides a Lua bridge for reading, editing, validating, applying, and exporting controller graphs, enabling code-driven control of devices and thruster groups.
