About
Discord & Chat Images connects Minecraft server chat with Discord, forwarding messages in both directions and allowing server operators to customize how chat and Discord messages are formatted. It can route multiple message categories, including player chat, joins and departures, deaths, achievements, server start and stop notices, screenshots, and server status, to separate channels across multiple Discord servers. In webhook mode, player messages can appear with the player's game nickname and avatar, while server notices can use a separate display name and avatar. Players can use in-game chat mentions for Discord users and browse Discord Unicode and custom emojis; the client-side features also display Discord stickers, GIFs, and multiple images in chat. The mod supports sending screenshots and images from Minecraft to Discord, including a chat button for sharing an image and drag-and-drop image sending. Chat styling includes Markdown and colored text, while customizable templates can show details such as a player's coordinates and dimension; client installation adds previews while composing messages. It can also relay localized advancement and death messages, provide slash commands such as /list, /uptime, /tps, and /cmd, and show a pinned Discord status message with server availability and player information.
