Changes elytra flight with boosts from campfires and hay bales.
69.5 of the 71 points that apply = 98 out of 100. The points above are rounded to whole numbers.
Elytra Revamped reworks elytra flight to make horses and minecarts more relevant in the late game. It disables ordinary rocket boosting, adds a grace period, and allows a midflight boost when using a firework rocket with a star or explosion effect. Campfires boost nearby flight, while soul campfires pull the player; hay bales and iron grates strengthen either effect, with the strength depending on distance or height and configurable settings for effect strength and detection. Players can control drag with Shift, and an optional air-drag effect varies with world height. An experimental bounce mechanic, activated by holding space, offers a bunny-hop-like way to soften a hard landing. The mod adds a cooldown to the Riptide enchantment during flight, which resets on landing, and provides configuration options for its duration. Server-side visuals and sounds provide a basic effect visible to other players, while using the mod on both client and server enables richer effects, including colored smoke based on firework data. Client-side YACL support makes configuration easier, and debug options are available through configuration and server commands.
Written from Modrinth and the GitHub README . How we write it
Changes the game's code in 2 areas: Mobs and their behaviorChanges 1 game code file in this area: mobs, animals, villagers, projectiles and how they move and act. and Game coreChanges 1 game code file in this area: the main loop, lighting and other code the whole game uses..
Adds no new blocks, items or other content.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
AI was used for its code
The author declares AI code on Modrinth.
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files and images and found none.
We have not read its code history yet.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
