    YetAnotherConfigLib (YACL) is a builder-based library for mod developers to create user-friendly configuration screens, especially for client-side mods, rather than a gameplay-content mod or general-purpose utility collection. Its interface is designed to fit Minecraft’s visual style and organizes options into categories and collapsible groups, with rich clickable or hoverable descriptions and support for keyboard navigation. Developers can choose or build controls for each option, including sliders or fields for numbers, dropdowns or cycling selectors for strings and enums, checkboxes or text toggles for booleans, and a color picker with a preview. Screens can also include WebP image previews, custom rich-rendered sections, list options that users can add to, sort, and remove, and buttons that perform actions. Alongside screen generation, YACL provides APIs to serialize and load configuration data from files, while leaving developers in control of their configuration and its storage setup. The library does not provide server-client configuration syncing, though its config API can support mods used on both client and server, with administrators configuring through files and players through a GUI.
