    About

    FireHud is a client-side mod for customizing the on-screen fire effect, with vanilla settings enabled by default. You can reposition, fade, or disable vanilla fire, or use alternatives such as a resizable fire vignette, side fire, and a screen tint; overlays can also be customized for soul fire. The mod can reduce or remove lava fog, and it can hide the fire effect while you have fire resistance. When you are in soul fire, FireHud can show soul fire instead of the usual orange flames, and its settings also let you adjust the volume and pitch of fire blocks. Settings are available through a configurable button in the game options or through ModMenu.
