Firma: Civilization is a TerraFirmaCraft addon that adds watercraft, navigation tools, and building materials for travel and construction. Its craftable boats include a dugout canoe, kayak, and rowboat, while the larger sloop features simulated sailing, anchors, docking, and a working hold; boats also drift with the wind. Players can customize boats by placing chests and workbenches, pull them with leads, attach them to fences, and mount cannons on sloops or on land. A sextant, Navigator's Timepiece, and barometer support navigation, and coordinates are removed from the debug menu. The addon also adds straw-made thatch blocks, including angled thatch that can be shaped into stairs and thatch slabs, as well as wooden roofs for every wood type.
Written from Modrinth and CurseForge . How we write it
Changes the game's code in 1 area: Blocks and fluidsChanges 1 game code file in this area: how blocks, fluids and redstone work..
Adds 17 blocks, 24 items, 1 boat, 4 other entities, 114 recipes and 9 advancements.
Counted from the names and data files in the mod, so the list may not be complete.
Replaces 18 of vanilla Minecraft's recipes.
No harmful code found
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign so far that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its description, files and images and found none.
We have not read its changelogs yet.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
