Garden Trails is an exploration and crafting mod about finding wild plants, cultivating a garden, and turning its harvest into decorative items, food, drinks, and silk. It adds 11 plants, including boxwood, camellia, commelina, cypress, geraniums, grapes, ivy, maize, maple, mulberry, and rice, as well as eight potted plant varieties; these plants and trees appear in different biomes and provide materials such as dyes, tea leaves, grapes, and rice. Garden decorations include planters, tree-like plants, and pergolas: iron, copper, and oxidized copper pergolas support grapes, ivy, and vines, which grow when planted at their base. The silk system begins with mulberry plants, which attract Silkmoths that produce eggs; players hatch silkworms, raise them on stick bundles to harvest cocoons, and craft the cocoons into silk. A drying tray processes crops and other materials into ingredients such as dried grapes, dried maize, tea leaves, blue petals, and fermented rice, and can handle up to four items at a time. Rice, grapes, maize, mulberries, and tea leaves also feed into a sake-brewing system: prepare fermented rice, add a flavor in the sake vat, and bottle the result for a temporary benefit followed by a penalty. The mod also adds the Quetzal, a tameable jungle bird that can follow, perch on a player’s shoulder, or stay in garden mode to speed nearby plant growth. Silk can be used in recipes for decorative items from Dawn of Time, armor from Armor of the Ages, and items from Critters and Companions; Garden Trails also adds rice and grape compatibility with Farmer’s Delight and Let’s Do Vinery. A configuration file lets players adjust the biome lists that determine where plants spawn, including adding biome IDs from other mods.

Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
An AI tool may have been used
Claude Code is named in the ignore list of its repository.
This does not show that it was used to make the files you download.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
