    About

    Happy Ghast adds peaceful Ghasts and baby Ghastlings as friendly companions that do not attack players or despawn. Players can find dried Ghasts near Nether Fossils, hatch them by waterlogging them, and speed up hatching with Ghast Tears; the incubator shows visual stages as it develops. Feed snowballs to Ghastlings to help them grow into adult Happy Ghasts, and use snowballs to heal Happy Ghasts. Adult Happy Ghasts can be fitted with harnesses and ridden as flying mounts, carrying up to four players; they can also be leashed when young and follow players holding snowballs. The mod supports harness customization through dyeable standard harnesses and, in single-player, custom harnesses with user-provided textures.
