Adds unlockable hats onto players and mobs.
38.1 of the 61 points that apply = 62 out of 100. The points above are rounded to whole numbers.
Hats adds collectible, unlockable hats for players and mobs, giving you cosmetic rewards to find as you encounter and defeat mobs wearing them. Wearable options include familiar and new base hats, some with equipable accessories that unlock through the same mob-based progression; hats and accessories have one of five rarities: Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic or Legendary. A Hat Selector lets you choose what to wear, while color controls adjust hats and accessories separately using hue, saturation, brightness and glint settings. Advancements guide the collection progression, and items such as the Hat Launcher let you put hats on other mobs. The mod also supports user-created hats and integrations for mobs from other mods, with Tabula tools for making hat models and preparing mob head data.
Written from CurseForge and the GitHub README . How we write it
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.7.2 to 1.16.5.
Adds 1 entity, 1 recipe, 27 advancements and 3 sounds.
Counted from the names and data files in the mod, so the list may not be complete.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.7.2 to 1.16.5.
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends about you
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.7.2 to 1.16.5.
We read its code without running it: it contacts 3 web addresses while you play.
Like any connection, each address it contacts sees your IP address.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign so far that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its description, files, images, sounds and code history and found none.
We have not read its changelogs yet.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
