Health&disease adds nutrition and illness systems to Minecraft survival, making diet, health, and recovery part of the challenge. Players need to balance seven nutrients by eating different foods; levels that are too low or too high can cause health problems, and hunger consumes carbohydrates, fats, and proteins in turn. Its illnesses include upper respiratory infection, diet-related complications, septicemia from infected items, tetanus after injury, AIDS, radiation-related Crismon, tumor-related Sybok, foreign-body infection, PTSD linked to frequent deaths, and Endersion, which can hinder item use. Players can infer illnesses from affected symptoms and parameters, and every disease has a treatment; sleep can help with some conditions, while most medicines take time to work. Food from Farmer’s Delight and Create is supported, and players can configure food items and their nutrient categories to accommodate other food mods. The mod also connects with Cold Sweat through warming medication, and with Mekanism, Nuclear Science, and Alex’s Caves through radiation-related cancer risks and protective drugs; Tactical Aid adds a metabolic injector that uses nutrients and can treat some upper respiratory infections.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
Does not change the game's code directly.
Adds 19 blocks, 66 items, 1 entity, 57 recipes, 19 advancements, 1 loot table, 26 sounds and 1 key binding.
Counted from the names and data files in the mod, so the list may not be complete.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files, images and sounds and found none.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
