    About

    HermitBosses is a boss-fighting mod built around finding 17 special blocks and using them to summon Hermit bosses. The blocks are discovered in different places and biomes or obtained from special mobs; examples include Iskallium ore deep underground, a Stimpack chest in Nether fortresses, a golden log in oak trees, and a Builder's Crate near some village blacksmiths. Other finds include a crown in desert temples, Castle Diorite high in the mountains, Ocean Glass on the ocean floor, and a helmet hidden in desert-well sandstone, alongside drops from creatures such as blue slimes and a Nether zombie. After crafting a Hermit Summoner, place the corresponding block on top to call forth its boss; each boss attacks in its own style and has a particular weakness to exploit.
