FTB Industrial Contraptions is a technology mod built around an energy system called zaps, which powers machines and equipment and can damage machines if handled carelessly. Power comes from coal-fired and geothermal generators, solar panels whose output varies by tier, and windmills whose output depends on altitude and surrounding space. Its machines process materials in different ways: Powered Furnaces smelt, Macerators turn ores and other items into dust, Centrifuges separate ingredients, Compressors make useful products, and Quarries mine large areas. Ore refining can turn an ore block into three raw ore, then use crushing, washing, centrifuging, and smelting to produce up to fifteen ingots per block; an Ore Washer supports this processing chain. Other industrial equipment includes Hydroponic Accelerators for growing crops, pumps, teleporters, charge pads, and battery boxes, while an Industrial Battery Bank combines configurable storage cells and energy-transfer ports. Hydroponic machines use reusable, crop-compatible soil, with growth speed depending on the soil; the advanced model runs four separate seed-and-soil pairs, and mutation mode can produce new seeds by crossing parent plants. The mod adds machine upgrades, including parallel processing that lets advanced processors run up to four recipe operations at once, and quarry filter upgrades for block or tag lists and ore-only mining. Machines can be configured by face for item, fluid, and energy transfers, and reusable Configuration Cards copy those settings; Reactor Blueprints similarly record and apply reactor designs. Players can use Carbon and Quantum armor that relies on stored power for protection, and powered flight gear including a powered Elytra and Quantum Chestplate; the Quantum Chestplate can also provide hovering flight or powered gliding. The mod also adds an Alloy Smelter and material-processing chains for alloys such as bronze, electrum, invar, constantan, steel, netherite, and enderium. Full FE mode supports energy exchange with other mods, including charging FTBIC batteries and armor with FE and accepting other mods' FE items in battery slots and Charge Pads.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
Does not change the game's code directly.
Adds 111 blocks, 206 items, 524 recipes, 1 loot table and 13 sounds.
Counted from the names and data files in the mod, so the list may not be complete.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files, images, sounds and code history and found none.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.

The newest file for each Minecraft version and loader. The files for recent versions come first. Recent versions: those released in the last 2 years, plus 1.20.1 and 1.21.1, among the most played in modpacks.
In the last 2 years, 1 release needed a quick fix: a new release within 3 days to fix a problem. This counts in the grade, but it is too few to lose points.
