Infinity Cave expands the underground world from Y -64 to -128, connecting its depths into a vast cave network designed for challenging, later-game PvE exploration. The caves span six explored biomes: Amethyst Caves, Deeprock Caverns, Sulfide Caves, Molten Caves, Frozen Caves and Mushroom Gorge, alongside additions to the Deep Dark. Each biome has its own terrain and loot, with structures to discover: examples include the Amethyst Altar, which can teleport players to the surface, the Sulfide Huts, the trapped Ancient Robot in the Frozen Caves, and the Mushroom House with its elevator. Ordinary mobs do not spawn in the caves; a custom system instead pits players against mobs in five tiers, from Common through Legendary, with randomized stats and offhand items that change their abilities or behavior. Defeating mobs advances progression and unlocks tougher tiers, with progress shared among players fighting together; Rare-tier encounters can include the Magician and Alchemist, while Epic and higher tiers can include the Bomber. Legendaries have a boss bar and randomly assigned elemental abilities, and can drop powerful custom weapons and armor; other rewards include Enchantlets, which grant enchantments unavailable in vanilla Minecraft. Biome-specific resources add further ways to interact with the caves, such as toxic Sulfide water and crops with special effects, or Frostpale plants whose essence can turn a bow's next arrow into a delayed ice-bomb blast. A settings menu lets players adjust difficulty and mob behavior or disable cave mob spawning, and the shared progression system can be configured for a group's preferred pace.
Written from Modrinth and CurseForge . How we write it
Changes the game's code in 1 area: World generationChanges 1 game code file in this area: terrain, biomes and structures made when new land is created..
Adds 7 biomes, 35 enchantments and 7 sounds.
Counted from the names and data files in the mod, so the list may not be complete.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
AI was used for its text
The author declares AI text on Modrinth.
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files, images, sounds and code history and found none.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.

The newest file for each Minecraft version and loader. The files for recent versions come first. Recent versions: those released in the last 2 years, plus 1.20.1 and 1.21.1, among the most played in modpacks.
In the last 2 years, 4 releases needed a quick fix: a new release within 3 days to fix a problem. This lowers the grade by 1 point.
