    About

    Iris/Oculus For Simple Clouds is a compatibility addon that connects SimpleClouds’ cloud renderer with the Iris or Oculus shader system, keeping cloud rendering consistent when shaders are enabled. It selects SimpleClouds’ shader-aware rendering pipeline, resolves conflicts with other cloud-pipeline changes, and fixes depth behavior so clouds respect depth rather than appearing through blocks. For Atmospheric Shaders, it exposes SimpleClouds data such as cloud density, type, storminess, height fade, and color so the shader can render the clouds with those properties. Atmospheric Shaders is the only shader pack currently described as fully supported; other shaders do not use the SimpleClouds uniforms, and the clouds do not cast real volumetric shadows.
