About
It Shall Not Tick improves server performance by limiting entity ticking to a configurable range around players, so entities outside that range stop ticking and are not rendered by the client. Entities within range tick normally, while entities in chunks claimed through FTB Chunks can also continue ticking as normal. The configuration lets users exempt entities from this behavior; the defaults include the wither, phantom, ender dragon, and elder guardian.
