About
Loading Protection gives players a configurable period of safety after joining a world or server, preventing damage and hostile mobs from targeting them while they finish loading. To prevent abuse, protected players also cannot damage other players or mobs; protection ends when its timer expires or they move from their join position, while simply looking around does not end it. Optional private chat alerts give the affected player a countdown and notice when protection ends, with countdown messages limited to once every five seconds. The protection duration is configurable from 1 to 300 seconds, with a default of 60 seconds.
