    About

    Magical Map provides an in-game way to locate structures: craft a map, rename it in an anvil to one of the allowed structure names, then right-click it to find the nearest structure of that type and receive the result in chat. Each player can map a given structure only once; after mapping it, they can use the map for directions or check its tooltip for guidance. An Eye of Ender used in an anvil can restore a map after it has outlived its usefulness, but it does not let the player map that same structure again.
