Matter Overdrive is a Star Trek-inspired science-fiction mod built around scanning patterns and gradually assembling a complex system to replicate items and blocks or transform matter. It adds teleportation, phasers and other advanced weapons and tools with modular customization, alongside machines and networks for controlling replication, including pattern storage, monitoring and replicator blocks. Players can generate power with fusion reactors and gravitational anomalies, and explore a star map of galaxies, stars and planets. The mod also lets players become androids and develop RPG-style abilities such as Blink, Forcefield and Night Vision, while conversations, quests, contracts and missions add character interactions and objectives. Decorative science-fiction blocks round out its machines, transporters and other futuristic equipment.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.7.10.
Adds 36 blocks, 62 items, 4 mobs, 4 other entities and 59 sounds.
Counted from the names and data files in the mod, so the list may not be complete.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.7.10.
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
Sends unknown data
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.7.10.
Sent to an address built while the game runs.
We found this in its code, read without running it.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign so far that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its description, files, images and sounds and found none.
We have not read its changelogs yet.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
