Mebahel's Elder Scrolls Core brings Elder Scrolls-inspired alchemy, soul magic, lockpicking, weapon coatings, and Standing Stone blessings into Minecraft's exploration, brewing, crafting, and combat. Players can gather ingredients such as Nirnroot along wet shores, Crimson Nirnroot in deep underground waters, Deathbell near graves, Glowing Mushrooms in dark caves, and Hanging Moss on cave ceilings, then discover each ingredient's properties by tasting it or brewing its potion. The ingredients brew paired beneficial and harmful effects, including Invisibility and Strength from Crimson Nirnroot, Regeneration and Slow Falling from Ectoplasm, and Poison and Slowness from Deathbell; potions can also be made as splash or lingering brews and, where supported, tipped arrows. Iron Lockpicks open secured chests in Draugr ruins and Dwemer structures through an interactive search-and-tension challenge: find the lock's sweet spot, manage resistance to avoid breaking the pick, and tackle five difficulties from Novice to Master for increasingly valuable bonus loot. Poison and Instant Damage potions can be applied to weapons or tools as temporary coatings, with charges and effects shown in the item's tooltip and each direct hit consuming a charge. The Soul Trap enchantment marks creatures for a limited time so that killing them transfers their souls into one of four craftable Soul Gem tiers, holding 80, 160, 320, or 640 souls; charged gems can repair eligible damaged items, and upgrading a gem preserves its charge. Standing Stones found throughout the Overworld grant one persistent blessing at a time: the Lover increases maximum health, the Warrior melee damage, the Ranger ranged damage, the Thief sneaking speed, the Strider step height, and the Traveler normal movement speed. Modpack creators can tune key features, including lock generation and difficulty, coating behavior, soul values, and individual Standing Stone effects.

Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
AI was used for its images
OpenAI gpt-image is named in the images in its files.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
