Mobultion expands Minecraft’s hostile-mob roster with transformed versions of spiders, skeletons, zombies and endermen, plus a wood mite, giving familiar enemies new abilities and behaviors to learn. Its spiders include healers that can bless or revive other spiders, a hypnotic attacker that fires confusing projectiles, fire-wreathed magma spiders, and a sorcerer that summons spider reinforcements. Spider eggs grow before hatching and spawning spiders, while the three-headed Wither Spider loses heads as it takes damage and inflicts wither on its attacks. Skeleton variants include a temple-haunting Corrupted Skeleton, a Jester whose arrows impose a distracting screen effect, a forest-dwelling Sniper that fires accurately and poisons targets, and a Vampire Skeleton that drinks the player’s blood but dies in sunlight. Skeleton Remains can revive a fallen skeleton after about a minute, and a Shaman can heal skeletons and help them return sooner. Zombie additions range from a Doctor that heals and extinguishes other zombies to a heavily armed Goro, a sword-wielding Magma Zombie, and a Ravenous Zombie that eats nearby food or creatures and can cause a small explosion. Magma Endermen inhabit the Nether, where the mod can replace vanilla endermen with them; Ice Endermen appear in cold biomes and release a freezing cloud when killed. The Wood Mite is a rare threat that can emerge when a player breaks a log, then tries to latch onto the player’s face when badly injured. The mod also gives its mobs altered models and improved animations, with effects such as the Magma Spider’s shiny lava-like layer.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.12.2.
Adds 32 items, 23 mobs, 2 projectiles, 6 other entities, 17 recipes, 16 loot tables and 13 sounds.
Counted from the names and data files in the mod, so the list may not be complete.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.12.2.
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.12.2.
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign so far that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files, images and sounds and found none.
We have not read its code history yet.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
