    About

    Momo's Survival Origins is a hardcore Origins addon made for the Momo's Survival modpack, adding playable origins with distinct abilities and trade-offs. The origins include Grung, whose poisonous skin, underwater vision and speed, and ability to hold their breath suit aquatic play, and Elves, who gain speed under open sky and can forage in tall grass but fare poorly outside forested biomes. Dwarves gain underground sight and mining haste, with a chance to find valuable ores, while Kobolds deal heavy unarmed damage and gain strength near allies but have reduced health and hunger challenges in extreme temperatures. Gnomes are small and light, with chances to dodge attacks and a temporary defensive ability; Treants can root in sunlight to restore hunger and convert hunger into healing for an ally. Orcs can briefly gain strength and resistance through rage and may recover hunger by killing entities, while Fangles are adapted to warmth and swimming, can make a fast, powerful attack followed by a slowdown, and can turn invisible while sneaking.
