    PeacefulSurface makes the surface less hostile by restricting monster spawning to locations in complete darkness, at light level 0 or below. Its configurable rules can further control mob spawning using checks for altitude, block and sky light, weather, and time of day, alongside filters for mobs, dimensions, biomes, and lunar events. Rules can also be limited by difficulty or moon phase, and multiple JSON rule files can run at once, letting players tailor spawning behavior to their needs.
