Pickle Tweaks is a configurable Vanilla+ mod that collects practical gameplay additions and tweaks, with each feature individually disableable. It adds crafting-grid tool repair using the tool’s usual repair materials, while tools become ineffective just before breaking so they can be repaired instead of lost. Its equipment includes paxels combining an axe, pickaxe, and shovel, along with flint and emerald gear, sickles for clearing crops, leaves, flowers, and other foliage in an area, and scythes that harvest nearby mature crops and can also serve as area-effect weapons. Farming additions include right-click harvesting that replants fully grown crops and watering cans that speed crop growth across a 3×3 area, with a reinforced 7×7 variant. Other additions include an item magnet that attracts dropped items and experience orbs, meshes for making flint from gravel, coal and charcoal pieces that each cook one item, night-vision goggles, and apples that grant extra buffs. The mod also provides tooltips for tool mining speed and level, bow ammunition, and block harvest level in HWYLA or Jade; optional configuration can mark selected tools as ineffective. For building, it adds decorative colored cobblestone and smooth glowstone blocks with the properties of their standard counterparts.
Written from Modrinth . How we write it
Does not change the game's code directly.
Adds 17 blocks, 61 items and 82 recipes.
Counted from the names and data files in the mod, so the list may not be complete.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files, images and code history and found none.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
