    About

    Pirates Armoury adds pirate-themed gear and weapons, with equipment that grants combat, defensive, and exploration abilities. Its wearable items include captain’s hats that boost nearby bandana wearers’ attack and attack speed, bandanas that improve knockback resistance, and guardian and elder guardian armor sets that grant conduit power, with the elder guardian set also providing regeneration in water or rain. Weapons include cutlasses that can lunge, boarding axes with a height-focused leap and a crouch-triggered scream that weakens nearby mobs, and a flintlock pistol that fires iron balls. Rum grants strength at the cost of nausea, while nanners can be harvested from jungle-growing nanner trees and the nanner cutlass can yield more nanners on hits. Blood diamonds are grown from seeds planted on skeleton skulls near mob kills, then harvested as raw material; tools and weapons made from them mine faster, last longer than netherite, and inflict bleeding on hit. The mod adds weapon and helmet enchantments, including Serration to strengthen cutlass bleeding, Velocity to extend lunges, Cutlass Whirlwind to damage nearby enemies, Oceans Aegis for protection in water, Kraken’s Ward to knock attackers back, and Damned Soul for protection from wither and fire. Unique weapons add further effects: the Seven Seas Cutlass summons sea creatures to attack and inflict bleed, Bloods Bane applies several harmful effects while regenerating its wielder, and the Beheader has a chance to instantly kill specified undead mobs and take their heads. The mod also introduces enemy drops such as Poseidon’s tears, guardian cores, and a Familiar Hat, as well as a bleed effect that periodically damages affected creatures.
