    Repose lets players and mobs walk up and down gentle hills without jumping by making soil blocks behave like stairs, with their shape adapting to the elevation of neighboring blocks. Grass, sand, and similar soils can form these slopes while retaining their familiar cube appearance; an option can extend the behavior to natural stone, such as cave stone. The mod currently provides the slope feature; soil gravity and spreading behavior are in redevelopment rather than part of the available feature set.
