Resource Overhaul expands Minecraft’s resources and changes how existing resources fit into exploration and crafting, with ores added to the Nether and End. It adds a complete turtle armor set whose pieces extend water-breathing time; wearing the full set also grants underwater Night Vision and Dolphin’s Grace, for up to 50 seconds of water breathing across the set. The mod includes Nether Star armor and tools, with the armor described as unbreakable and a full set requiring 24 Nether Stars. Nether Star armor grants different abilities by piece, including Water Breathing and Night Vision from the helmet, Strength, Haste, and Fire Resistance from the chestplate, Speed and Resistance from the leggings, and fall-damage immunity from the boots. The Nether Star set also protects its wearer from lightning and can summon a lightning strike when the wearer crouches after falling at least eight blocks; if another player is within eight blocks, the strike targets the closest player instead. Californium is radioactive in raw or unstable form and poisons anyone holding it; combining an unstable ingot with iron stabilizes it for crafting weapons, tools, and armor. Californium weapons and tools poison targets they hit, while a full set of Californium armor makes its wearer immune to poison. Fool’s Gold, also known as iron pyrite, resembles gold but has the strength of iron. The project also includes Emerald and Ruby armor sets.

No harmful code found
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.8.8 to 1.18.2.
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.8.8 to 1.18.2.
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files and images and found none.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
