About
SandBox is a Minecraft world-generation library for mod developers, with no direct effect on player gameplay. It provides tools for generating most world-generation JSON files during data generation, along with additions such as a layered biome source whose climate-defined layers do not affect one another. Biome layer tags can make custom dimensions expandable by other mods, while its extended noise chunk generator can replace surface rules or load and merge the rules of all biomes it generates.
