A challenging modpack with tougher recipes, dangerous mobs, and new biomes.
Modpacks get no grade of their own, so we show the grades of its mods. Of its 773 graded mods, 567 are graded A or B, 171 C and 35 D to F. Its last update came out today, for Minecraft 1.20.1. See the mods
Monumental Experience is a challenging modpack built around progressing through its included mods, with tougher crafting recipes and more formidable mobs testing players’ planning, resourcefulness, and combat skills. Its world features monumental structures and diverse biomes for exploration and building, alongside more than 500 selected mods. A curated questline showcases key mods and features, while serving as a showcase rather than a complete tutorial or progression guide. The pack also includes a custom main menu and supports shaders such as Complementary Reimagined.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.20.1 · Forge, 23 Oct 2026). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
Compared with the release of 22 Oct 2026 for the same platform, Minecraft version and loader. We do not compare the versions of the mods yet.
No harmful code found in the projects we checked
We checked 766 of its 779 projects and the files in the pack itself, without running them.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
12 mods send something about you
We read the code of 729 of its 741 mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
AI used in 58 of the 599 mods we checked
We found an AI tool in them, or their authors declared AI content.
142 mods are not checked yet.
No sign so far that AI was used to make the pack itself
We looked for AI tools in its texts and found none.
We have not read its files and images yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
