About
Scape and Run: Parasites Deep Sea Danger is an add-on for Scape and Run: Parasites that brings the infection into aquatic environments with new ocean-dwelling parasites. Swimmers, evolved from Buglins, and Leechers, evolved from Swimmers, pursue targets with leaping attacks; they move quickly in water but are vulnerable on land, and remain there too long at their peril. Leechers can adapt to damage, while the Hammerhead Branch includes Primitive and Adapted Hammerheads that charge at targets underwater. The add-on also features Assimilated Drowneds, which swim well and may throw tridents, and infected dolphins that grant nearby parasites Dolphin’s Grace. New fishing gear includes parasite-part Luring Hooks and Living and Sentient Fishing Rods, which let players fish up Rotted Fish after infection has wiped out ordinary fish. Hammerhead Skull Pieces, dropped by the Hammerhead Branch, provide another crafting component.
