Sky's Overworld Quartz adds a way to obtain Nether Quartz without visiting the Nether by generating common Quartz ore in the Overworld, including a deepslate variant. Mining the ore usually yields Quartz Fragments, with four Fragments crafting into one Nether Quartz; the ore can also drop Nether Quartz directly, and Fortune can increase the yield.
