    About

    Stamina adds a stamina mechanic that governs sprinting and swimming, with maximum stamina tied to the player’s current health. Current stamina is shown on the health bar, and when it runs out the player cannot sprint again until some stamina has recovered. Chestplates can carry the Vigour enchantment to increase maximum stamina, while the Curse of Weariness reduces it and cannot be combined with Vigour on the same piece.
