About
Liminal Industries Ascension is an unofficial branch of the Liminal Industries modpack that builds on its progression with bug fixes, rebalancing, quality-of-life changes, and additional mod integration. It expands the Reality Frame with nine data chips, crafted through inscription, and adds blocks and items, along with a rebuilt room-forge world that includes command blocks for creating rooms. Quests have been expanded and revised to guide players through existing and added features, with improved rewards and additional dialogue. Gameplay changes include carpets that become soggy in flowing water, dry with lava, and burn away in redstone acid, plus crawl-on-demand access to one-block-high spaces. The pack also integrates crafting recipes and mechanics for tools, storage drawers, cloches, fluid tanks, and refurbished furniture, and reworks fishing to offer three new fish. Exploration remains important because some items can only be found that way, and the pack’s maps have been fixed to work properly without a minimap.
