Strange is a configurable Charm add-on that adds exploration, adventure, and treasure while keeping Minecraft’s vanilla playstyle largely intact. Stone Circles appear across the Overworld, and their Runestones transport players to destinations such as villages, desert pyramids, pillager outposts, temples, mineshafts, and Underground Ruins; discovering a rune reveals its destination, and each stone keeps the same location once used. Scrollkeepers sell quest scrolls, which can also turn up in village or dungeon loot; accepting a quest tracks its progress, and higher-tier scrolls offer tougher challenges and greater rewards. Underground Ruins and Vaults add places to explore, with Vaults forming large labyrinths of rooms and corridors patrolled by illagers and challenging mobs and holding rare treasure. That treasure includes totems with abilities such as storing experience or items, returning players to a bound location, and enabling limited flight, as well as tools and weapons with unusual enchantments such as boosting nearby plant growth or slowing enemies. Beyond the Overworld, the Outerlands offer distant exploration and Vaults, while floating geodes in the End contain moonstone or amethyst. Craftable Travel Journals let players record photos and descriptions of interesting places they find. When Quark is installed, Strange also provides Quark-specific quests, decoration, and integration.

No harmful code found
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.14.4 to 1.21.
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.14.4 to 1.21.
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign so far that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files, images and sounds and found none.
We have not read its code history yet.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
