    The Nightmare is a horror mod that adds a hostile entity which can appear randomly near players at night, disappear and reappear, and pursue them to attack. It can inflict debuffs, force players out of beds, and disable shields, making its appearances a threat even when it is not in view. The mod also adds a Night Shard, dropped by the creature, which causes debuffs while held and can summon it, and a limited-use Night Radar made by smelting a shard to locate it. A craftable Night Alarm block sounds when The Nightmare is alive, and the /dwellerfix command can reset the entity and address bugs.
