    About

    Theurgy is a magic mod that brings classical alchemy to Minecraft, letting players extract, replicate and transmute matter and create magical artifacts through the principles of sulfur, salt and mercury rather than the familiar four elements. Its alchemical processes include calcination, distillation, accumulation, liquefaction and incubation, which turn inputs such as crops, stone, water and alchemical ingredients into substances and materials for further work. Players can use spagyrics to extract the principles of matter and recombine them into more refined materials, following their progress with the in-game Hermetica guidebook. Tiered divination rods scan for ores and other blocks, with examples ranging from amethysts to rare ores; rods can be attuned to eligible blocks or crafted pre-attuned to search for a specific block.
