Modonomicon is a mod for creating in-game documentation books, bringing together Patchouli-style flexibility with Thaumcraft’s quest-like navigation and progress visualization. Books are defined with data and resources and can be added to or extended by mods and datapacks, making the system useful for both mod and modpack authors. Readers navigate categories and their linked entries through a connected, quest-style 2D view, with an index-style list view also available. Entries can contain text, recipes, images, items, entities, and multiblock pages, with text styled using extended Markdown, including links and dynamic text macros. Entries can be gated by conditions, and the research system supports progression built around facts, values, nodes, and hooks. Multiblock pages can show and preview a structure in the world to help players build it, and the same definitions can check whether a structure has been assembled correctly. The system is extensible, allowing mods to add specialized page types such as recipe pages for their own crafting methods.
Written from Modrinth and CurseForge . How we write it

Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
modonomicon-1.20.1-forge-1.38.1.jar, CurseForge modonomicon-1.20.1-forge-1.38.1.jar. 159 classes changed, in com.klikli_dev.modonomicon: ModonomiconForge$Client, BookProvider, CategoryEntryMap, CategoryProvider, MultiblockProvider$DenseMultiblockBuilder, MultiblockProvider, BookCategoryModel, BookEntryModel, BookTextHolderModel, BookAdvancementConditionModel$Builder, BookConditionModel, BookSpotlightPageModel$Builder and 147 more.We found nothing it sends
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
An AI tool may have been used
An instructions file for AI instructions file (AGENTS.md) is in its repository.
This does not show that it was used to make the files you download.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
