Unseen's Dungeon Additions expands exploration and RPG-style combat with dangerous, handcrafted dungeon encounters, multi-phase bosses, and progression tied to discovering locations and defeating their inhabitants. Its ten bosses include the Night Lich, who shifts between ranged attacks and close combat while summoning Draugrs, and the stationary Void Blossom, which attacks with timed patterns of spikes and other area effects. The world’s locations range from the early-game Rotten Hold and the Nether’s Burning Flame Arena to the biome-variable Night Lich’s Tower, the snowy underground Frozen Castle, the puzzle-filled desert Forgotten Temple, and the skyborne High Court City, home to the mod’s hardest final boss. Other destinations include the Void Blossom Cave, Gaelon Sanctuary, which provides materials to repair the mod’s equipment, Obsidilith’s Arena in the End, and Dark Ruins, where a boss appears at night. Dungeon populations include 21 themed mobs with distinct combat behaviors: Aberrant Spirits switch between melee and explosive ranged attacks, Frostborn Draugr may block frontal blows with shields, and stealthy Cult of Roh Assassins emerge later in progression. Exploration yields weapons with individual strengths and abilities, six modeled shields, armor with set bonuses or conditional buffs, buff-granting foods, utility items, and trinkets that add character bonuses or abilities. A mod-specific combat system gives its weapons custom animations and stagger, with damage timing tied to the weapon’s swing; bosses can also be resummoned up to three times using Soul Keys, becoming somewhat stronger each time. In multiplayer, bosses gain health and attack damage as more players join, and can switch targets among nearby players to make encounters more dynamic. The Mysterious Trader exchanges mob drops for materials and exclusive loot, while achievement-gated events can bring new mobs into the world or unlock items as players advance. Configuration options let players adjust structure generation, spawn rates, mob behavior, and boss scaling; the mod also integrates with Baubles for trinkets and supports structure or dungeon variations through Deeper Depths, Unseen’s Nether Backport, and Aether content.
Written from CurseForge and the GitHub README . How we write it
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.12.2.
Changes the game's code in 2 areas: Rendering and graphicsChanges 2 game code files in this area: drawing mobs, items, particles and textures on screen. and Game coreChanges 1 game code file in this area: the main loop, lighting and other code the whole game uses..
Adds:
Counted from the files of the mod. Content made only in its code is not counted.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.12.2.
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.12.2.
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files, images, sounds and code history and found none.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.

The newest file for each Minecraft version and loader. None is for a recent Minecraft version. Recent versions: those released in the last 2 years, plus 1.20.1 and 1.21.1, among the most played in modpacks.
In the last 2 years, 3 releases needed a quick fix: a new release within 3 days to fix a problem. This lowers the grade by 2 points.
