    About

    Variants&Ventures adds hostile mob variants that spawn naturally in fitting biomes, with some also appearing in dungeon or trial chamber spawners. Gelid, a frozen zombie found in cold biomes, inflicts freezing on attack; jungle-dwelling Thicket zombies inflict poison, while Verdant skeletons fire poison-tipped arrows. Murk skeletons live underwater in warm oceans and can be sheared to yield live or dead coral. The mod also improves the spawning logic for Strays, Husks, and Bogged, and can add their monster spawners. Its features can be enabled or disabled individually through the configuration file or in-game configuration, and its mobs can spawn in modded biomes and work with Fresh Animations.
