    About

    Village Box expands village life by letting you build a customizable village and recruit, house, and upgrade villagers. Villagers can take more than 30 professions, including mages, ranchers, and fishermen, each with distinctive skins and trading lists. Upgrading villagers unlocks more than 170 items, including weapons, armor, magic items, furniture, food and drinks, and paintings. To recruit a villager, craft a mailbox and invitation, place the mailbox, and approve the letter it delivers; villagers need a fully roofed, enclosed home before they can be traded with or upgraded. Coins can be earned by breaking blocks, killing mobs, or using an Alchemy Pot, which consumes tossed-in items and occasionally produces coins; a banker can exchange coins into higher denominations. Villagers who die revive after a short time.
