Helps Forge servers support Vivecraft players and control VR settings.
Finished or replaced projects get no grade: they will not get fixes or new versions.
Vivecraft Forge Extensions is a dedicated server helper for improving Vivecraft compatibility on Forge servers, letting administrators configure how VR players interact with the server alongside non-VR players. It addresses multiplayer mismatches such as missing VR animations, unsupported teleporting, projectiles spawning from the player’s face rather than the controller, and mob targeting that does not follow the VR player’s gaze. Server settings can restrict play to VR users, show different join messages for VR and non-VR players, tune bow damage for seated or standing play and headshots, and disable PvP between selected combinations of seated, standing, and non-VR players. Administrators can also control which blocks support ClimbeyMotion, allow or prohibit prone crawling, cap or disable teleport locomotion, and limit or disable client-side world scaling. The mod is server-side for most supported releases, so clients do not need to install it; the documented 1.7.10 version is an exception that must be installed on both server and client. Its functionality has since been incorporated into the main Forge and Fabric Vivecraft mod, so this companion project is redundant and is no longer being updated.
Written from Modrinth and CurseForge . How we write it
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.7.10 to 1.19.2.
Adds 3 recipes.
Counted from the names and data files in the mod, so the list may not be complete.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.7.10 to 1.19.2.
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.7.10 to 1.19.2.
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign so far that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its description, files and images and found none.
We have not read its changelogs and code history yet.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
